They are scam artist. *2021-11-17, version 1.9* All the products are imported and they will not have MRP sticker, import date etc. impossible to claim warranty. They speak very bad and don’t care anything about customers. Once you make payment then it’s your luck. They just care only about money. None of the products they sell can be availed for warranty, they do not help you to claim warranty either. Don’t ever buy from Indiefur. You can get the same products in Amazon too. They don’t stick to what they promise and worst customer service I ever had. And the worst I would have given negative stars if I had an option to there is zero customer support I have been trying to contact them but they haven’t picked up my call or replied to my mails. Really really bad experience with IndieFur. Never ever I am gonna buy anything from this pathetic site. The products available are exotic and a good variety of fish food and accessories are available at a better price than amazon or flipkart. The items available are genuine and authentic and as far as the packaging is concerned- it will blow your mind. The delivery is amazing as well. Shop from the site to believe and experience it.
