## What is Indigo8 Tap?

Indigo8 Tap turns your iPhone into a fast, mobile checkout — built as the on-the-go companion to Indigo8 Pos.

Accept payment anywhere on the shop floor with Tap to Pay on iPhone. No extra card reader, no additional hardware — just hold a contactless card or Apple Pay near your iPhone to take payment securely, right where your customer is standing.

FAST, FLEXIBLE CHECKOUT
Ring up sales in seconds. Search styles by name, SKU, or barcode, add items to the cart, and take payment your way — Tap to Pay, cash, gift card, or split across multiple methods. Quick cash-tender buttons and a smart charge shortcut mean less tapping and faster transactions during busy periods.

BUILT FOR RETAIL
Look up stock levels and available sizes on the spot, park a sale to come back to later, and keep customer profiles and gift card balances on hand — all from the same screen you're already checking out on.

WORKS EVEN WHEN CONNECTIVITY DOESN'T
Cash sales queue automatically if the connection drops, so a spotty signal never stops you from serving a customer.

SECURE BY DESIGN
Sensitive actions — enabling Tap to Pay, changing payment credentials, unlocking an idle register — are protected behind manager authorization. Every transaction, approved or declined, can generate a digital receipt for the customer.

Indigo8 Tap is designed to work alongside Indigo8 Pos, giving your team a lightweight, mobile way to check customers out from anywhere in store.
