## What is Indisposable?

Rather than downloading all pictures from a given reel to your phone or computer, they are archived in the app. You’ll be notified each time a reel of film has been developed, and you can choose a cover photo and name for each reel of film.

From here, you can share the reel with your friends. You’re able to select which photos are made public, and which are private. Once you’ve established that, you can share the publicly viewable photos of the reel with your friends, via a drop down menu of your contacts.

If your friends would like to download the reel, they can do so, or they can sign up with Indisposable and they’ll also have access to the reel you’ve tagged them in via the app. They’ll be able to view reels that they’ve been tagged in, as well as tag other people in the reels that they have taken.

## Key features

- Archive developed film reels
- Receive development notifications
- Name and select cover photos for reels
- Control photo privacy (public/private)
- Share reels with friends
- Friends can download or join the app

### 1/5 — Hugely Disappointed

*2026-07-20, version 2.3.0*

I sent in two cameras last summer and when they were developed and sent to the app, I only found one set of my photos along with another that did not belong to me. I emailed them and told them they had put someone else’s photos in my gallery and they removed them but then asked me if I remember what was on my film. I told them no because I’ve just been sending in a few full disposable cameras at a time and I never heard back from them. Every few months I would follow up with an email that would get no response. Last week, almost a year later, I sent another email and have not heard back. Horrible customer service, at least have the decency to say you lost the film, not just ignore your customers.

### 5/5 — SO FAST—idk why other ppl are having issues

*2026-06-01, version 2.3.0*

First, I never write reviews. Actually, this would be my first ever App Store review. From all the recent reviews I was rlly worried that I was never going to get my pictures. So I came here to say that in a matter of fact I got them in under 3 working days. They came out great! Very happy with them!

### 1/5 — do not use!!!

*2026-04-18, version 2.3.0*

I have been a long time customer and developed many many rules through this app for four years now this most recent one I sent them my pictures from prom and my senior trip they claimed to have got my film and I got the email but a couple weeks later I still haven't received anything I reached out to support and they said that they were working on it and it hadn't been developed yet two months later I still haven't gotten the pictures and I reached out again. They did not answer so I emailed them again. They said that they didn't know where the film was, and they would escalate it another three months later still nothing and I haven't heard from them. I emailed them no answer. I DM them on Instagram and when they finally answered, they say that they lost it and they don't know how to find it. They offered me a $50 credit, but I will not be ordering from them again. The customer service is terrible and they seem to have no care that they lost valuable pictures to me. I trusted them with these because I've been using them for so long and I've never had any issue very sad and they will be losing a customer if I can rate them zero stars I would

### 5/5 — LOVEEE

*2025-08-20, version 2.3.0*

I’ve been using this app for so long and absolutely love it. The bessstttt

### 5/5 — Best film app I’ve used

*2024-11-16, version 2.3.0*

These guys cracked the code for sharing film photos digitally. Seriously give it a shot if you’re tired of send film to a drug store and waiting for the scans, these guys are a lot more quick than other spots I’ve used especially in nyc. 5/5

### 1/5 — this app has sadly gone downhill :(

*2024-09-18, version 2.3.0*

i never thought i'd have to write this review seeing as i've never had any problems in the past when i mail in my film to be developed. I have sent in three disposable cameras to indisposable over the past three years and i always got an email when the pictures were ready and uploaded, and it was usually within 5 days after they received my film. It has now been 12 days since they have received my film. I have contacted their customer service multiple times and have gotten no response. I used to put people on this app because it was such an easy way to get your film developed, but now they have lost a customer! :(

### 2/5 — slow, not worth it

*2024-07-25, version 2.3.0*

I have been using indisposable for a little over a year and have sent them 3 rolls a film. I found them on TikTok and tried supporting them because they are a small business, but the truth is that the development time is too long, it’s 7-9 BUSINESS days and sometimes even longer. I do like how the app organizes the film but many other companies do that too. The app is also very weird, it will log you out randomly. I would go to a Walmart or CVS. I am waiting for this last role of film to be returned but after this I’m taking my film to my local camera shop.

### 1/5 — Do not use

*2024-07-19, version 2.3.0*

A lot of lost memories in these reviews, mine included. Should tell you something…

### 2/5 — Do not use them

*2024-06-27, version 2.3.0*

The timing is ridiculously slow, they do not communicate well and they continue to extend timelines. Better off going to Walgreens.

### 1/5 — Too Long, No help from customer service

*2024-02-22, version 2.3.0*

This app is genuinely such a waste of money. The time frames promoted are not accurate and the system has crashed continuously on me. It’s such a waste of money. customer service takes ages to get ahold of and do not respond with effective answers.
