### 1/5 — Don’t purchase

*2026-02-03*

I made the mistake of not reviewing first. There is no audio, no video, just still shots of movements and a written explanation if you click on it.
I tried to get a refund, used once right after purchase and NO refund. Rip off!!!!!

**Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear that the app didn’t meet your expectations. Our content is designed to provide step-by-step written guidance with images, but we understand that some users prefer audio or video instruction, and your feedback is appreciated. ### 1/5 — Refund requested

*2025-08-14*

Terrible - no sound no video just a timer on a screen with no visual q’s to follow along with . I have requested a full refund as the money delivers absolutely nothing . There is a request lodged please confirm

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! Currently, the app does not include background music, but you can play your own music or audio while using it. We appreciate your suggestion and will consider adding sound options in the future!

### 1/5 — Zero stars

*2024-09-28*

I downloaded this app and paid for it and all I get is the app picture. There is nothing! I tried to email the developer and that would not go through as well! I expect a full refund and can’t get in contact with them! So angry! Don’t download this app!

### 2/5 — This time, A Review

*2024-06-25*

I tried this app the day I got it and posted a one star review because it was extremely unclear how to use the app, specifically how to gain points by working one of the routines. Below is the reply from developers:

The 0% score you're seeing might be due to the way the app currently tracks progress, which takes into account the total time spent on training. Right now, you need to manually proceed to the next exercise by marking each one as complete.

Now I’m back and added a star to my rating because it is giving me a great workout. However I’m doing the full workouts and still getting 0% score. I follow the routines perfectly, pausing when I need to take a break and doing all of the sets and all of the repetitions. The counter on the bottom of the screen advances, making me think OK this time my workout is going to count for something in the app.
But no, when I get to the end, the gentle marching, at the bottom of the screen there’s a button that says finish training. I marched in place for more than 60 seconds then touched the Finish Training button and a screen popped up that said are you sure you want to finish this workout and I did so I finished my workout and still got 0% score.

In the developer reply I was advised to mark each exercise as complete. There is nowhere on the screen to do this, just the pause, advance, or back buttons. And at the end the Finish Training button that doesn’t seem to do anything.

I would expect that some thing that cost that kind of money would at least have some instructions. Although the routines are getting my heart pumping, I was expecting more from an app with a pay wall.
It’s my own fault for not selecting the 7 day free trial.

A mini tour to start would be helpful, or maybe a page with written instructions. Maybe a tone to mark the end of an exercise? Forget about motivational, just show me where things are so I know how to “mark complete” and “finish training”.

Also, there are a couple of exercises where the images are off center/not viewable. Just fyi

### 5/5 — Amazing

I must say I like this app it's easy to use and easy to guide through. The workouts aren't extreme you can change the workout type you want as I'm a beginner it's perfect for me the work outs are easy to do and learn you don't have to over do yourself you can go slow the app understands and allows you to pace yourself. I'm extremely impressed with this app I will be using it every other day because I am very interested in doing things to get myself In shape from home I am not comfortable with a gym even if they are judgment free I still feel I will be judged so I rather work out from home I would recommend this app to everyone who's trying to work out from the comfort of their home

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your positive experience with our app! We're thrilled to hear that you find it easy to use and suitable for your fitness level. It's great to know that the flexibility and beginner-friendly workouts meet your needs, allowing you to pace yourself comfortably. Keep up the great work, and we're here to support you on your fitness journey!
