Ich habe den vereinbarten Preis bezahlt und war mit der App wirklich zufrieden. Danach wurde es leider katastrophal. Ich habe insgesamt sieben Fahrer hintereinander gefunden, und jedes Mal passierte dasselbe: Sobald der Fahrer vor Ort war, wollte er plötzlich ein Vielfaches des vereinbarten Preises haben, teilweise das Fünffache. Natürlich habe ich das nicht akzeptiert und die Fahrten storniert. Das hat mich unglaublich viel Zeit und letztendlich auch Geld gekostet. Was ich überhaupt nicht verstehe: Warum werden solche Fahrer nicht konsequent überprüft und von der Plattform ausgeschlossen? Wenn ein Fahrer einen über die App vereinbarten Preis akzeptiert und anschließend vor Ort deutlich mehr verlangt, sollte das meiner Meinung nach ein klarer Verstoß sein. Die App an sich finde ich sehr gut und das Konzept funktioniert eigentlich hervorragend. Aber solange solche Fahrer immer wieder auf der Plattform unterwegs sind, verliert man als Kunde irgendwann das Vertrauen. Bitte überprüft solche Beschwerden konsequenter und geht gegen Fahrer vor, die nachträglich mehr Geld verlangen. Drivers frequently call and demand more money than the price agreed through the app. When I report this behavior, some drivers falsely claim that I did not pay them. Customer support does not seem to take these complaints seriously or investigate them properly. Over the last two years or so, the accessibility has gotten worse and worse. I tried to book a ride this week and it’s now impossible to accept a ride after booking, or even to hear and compare different offers from drivers. VoiceOver does not read key buttons and sections properly, so I can’t navigate the booking flow independently. This is really disappointing because inDrive was one of the more accessible ride apps. *Request to developers*: Please urgently make the app fully compliant with VoiceOver again. People who are blind or have low vision rely on VoiceOver to book rides safely and independently. Right now the app blocks us from using a basic service. I hope this gets fixed soon so everyone can use inDrive freely and without difficulty.
