## What is Indulgence?

Indulgence turns promises into action — for yourself and for others.

Make a commitment, choose how long you want to keep it, and set a stake. Each day, check in and mark whether you kept your promise.

If you break it, it’s not the end of your promise. It’s time for indulgence: choose a cause you care about and donate your stake directly to a charity.

How it works:
• Make a promise
• Choose a duration and set your stake
• Keep track of your progress each day
• If you break your promise, choose a cause
• Donate directly to a charity you want to support

Indulgence doesn’t process donations or take a fee. Donations are made directly through the charity’s website.

Better ourselves, better the world.
