The business banking apps are not very user-friendly. Even basic tasks like viewing debit card details, enabling online/international transactions, managing UPI, or applying for a cheque book often involve complex flows or require assistance from customer support or the branch. Another challenge is the multiple apps - IndusInd Direct, IndusInd Business, and others which makes it confusing to understand which app should be used for which purpose. For business banking, especially in urgent situations, the overall experience feels heavily dependent on manual support rather than self-service. I believe there’s significant room for improvement in the digital banking experience. ### 1/5 — Poor experience *2026-03-18* Very poor experience with the Indus Direct app. The app keeps crashing or not working properly again and again. Sometimes it shows “Application Under Maintenance” without any prior notice, which makes it very difficult to manage important business transactions. I am already a registered user, but the app is again asking me to register instead of giving a proper login option. There is no clear way to log in, which is very frustrating. For a corporate banking app, this kind of instability and confusion is not acceptable. Please fix the login issue and improve app reliability. **Developer response:** Hi!
