Not at all recommended from NRI pov.. I opened in this bank and I am regretting.. they can freeze the account anytime without notice and the customer support is pathetic, for a simple KYC if you visit branch the branch people do not know what to do and after playing email game they normally take urgent things to close min 7 business days. And the escalation doesn’t matter to their leadership too.. worst service!!

Seems like the app is either crashing on logout or dev team intentionally killed the app on logout. Either way it is not good UI as user may have to relogin after logout.

I got a notification that I need to update the app otherwise I will loose access! But when I am trying to update, the AppStore is not showing the update and telling me that it’s not supported for country I am currently in which is UK. So does that mean that Indusind Bank doesn’t support NRI??? What rubbish! I need to switch banks when I am in India next time!!!

The app has been great mostly. There were some issues like getting upi to work etc. but other than that the app has been working and is very functional. 
 But recently the app has been forcing me to install a new app, stating this one will stop working. When I click on the link it says the app is not available X-(
 If you are designing a new app can you make sure it is available in the same regions as the old one?
