The ability to lock your debit card, a very basic feature, is still not in the app. ### 2/5 — Unable to load banking info *2023-07-19* I get an application. Error even after deleting app and downloading again. I’ve also talked to employees at the bank and they don’t understand why. Are you guys ever going to fix this problem? I can no longer cash checks on the app. It goes to a blurry screen that tells me to rotate my phone and obviously, since I’m complaining. Doesn’t work. Called their service line and that’s all they can see as well. Guess we will have to request a paper copy of our statement and see if that works??? Time to switch banks, this is unprofessional and unacceptable. I used to love this credit union and actually refer people here because of the great service. Was a great app. As someone who uses the app with many sub accounts for budgeting, this is no longer enjoyable. I cannot organize my accounts anymore and there are so many glitches. My app keeps freezing or randomly logging out right in the middle of making a transfer. I used to be able to start a transfer and go check an account to see the transaction cost and go back to the transfer and have it right where I left off, now I have to re enter everything and if it doesn’t log off or freeze I can make the transfer. Sorry ICU but if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. In my opinion you broke what was working just fine. All it does when you open the camera to take a picture is show a blurry full screen. They kept giving me directions to trick the camera, it doesn’t work no matter which way I keep moving the camera. And you can’t even go back to the home page, I have to force close the whole app. So now I have to go to a shared bank since I moved from my hometown last year, and it’s just a pain. Good thing my job does direct deposit but I got a check for my bday I’ve been trying to deposit. Why do these updates seem to ruin our phones rather than help? Anything I can’t do online I just get a hold of my favorite star “Allie D” and she helps me remotely with anything that needs to be signed. She’s knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Between OLB and Allie I’m able to handle all I need. Love ICU......for many reasons.
