Just been a huge headache ever since and no one helps ### 1/5 — The New Update Is Awful *2026-05-14, version 3.2* The previous version was much more intuitive and cohesive this new update is down right awful and makes me want to disengage from the office all together. They took away several features such as the weekly menu, pin, and have made booking conference rooms more difficult. Please go back to previous!! ### 1/5 — Broken *2026-04-30, version 3.1* New version does not work. Login and I get stuck on an onboarded flow that shows a 404. ### 1/5 — Why add extra taps for critical functionality? *2026-04-30, version 3.1* It was already annoying to have to tap each conference room individually to see room availability at a location. Now you have to tap to select the room and then tap again to see its availability. Why can’t I just see all the rooms’ availability in the same screen? ### 1/5 — Version 3 is a Disaster *2026-04-29, version 3.0.1* The previous version wasn’t amazing, but it was functional. This new version is hot garbage. It looks nice, to be fair. But want to book an open workspace? Used to take 5 clicks, now about 20. Want to book a meeting room? Can’t get it to work at all. I’ve tried to give it some time to find my way around, but I can’t do the basic stuff I need, so what’s the point? I really recommend rolling back to v2, or at least allowing access to the web app again, until this is fixed. ### 2/5 — Gated functionality behind useless survey *2026-05-13, version 3.2* No data handling notice, requires birthday and phone number, no opt-out or explanation on how to delete collected data. Removed door unlock feature that was my primary use. Apple guidelines state you can’t lock functionality behind data collection and this app very much does. Worthless update. ### 2/5 — Few notes to the devs *2023-05-17, version 2.18* It would be great if I could paste my password in the login screen (it doesn’t allow for the paste popup so I have to manually type it in when I get logged out) I can’t reserve private offices in the app anymore. In its place I see the option to reserve a desk (beta) that doesn’t work anywhere. I have to reserve an office through the browser on my laptop now. If I reserve a space for today, the Home Screen says my reservation was yesterday, but when I click on the reservation , it says it’s today. Basically, whenever I reserve a space, the Home Screen says the day before.
