## What is Indy?

Indy isn't a human coach. It's a different kind of support, one that couldn't exist without ADHD coaching.

100,000+ real ADHD coaching sessions went into building it: the questions that actually help, the frameworks that work for ADHD brains, the moments when someone needs structure and when they need permission to stop. That knowledge lives inside every check-in. What Indy does with it is show up daily, every morning, every evening, every time you're spiraling at 11pm, in the moments a human coach can't reach.

---

WHO INDY IS FOR

People with ADHD who:

- Keep losing the thread of what they're actually trying to do
- Feel overwhelmed or stuck despite genuinely caring about their goals
- Have abandoned planners, trackers, and systems that work for other people
- Aren't sure what they even want anymore

You don't need motivation or a perfect plan to start. Indy meets you where you are.

---

WHAT INDY DOES

DAILY CHECK-INS

Morning and evening sessions under 5 minutes. Morning: slow down and choose what actually matters today. Evening: close the loop without guilt, and notice what you actually got done.

WEEKLY PLANNING

Short sessions to set realistic priorities, anticipate what might get in the way, and connect this week to what you're actually building. The roadblock question alone is worth the download.

SUPPORT WHEN YOU SPIRAL

When you're stuck, scattered, or starting to spiral, Indy helps you find the next concrete move. Not a lecture. A path forward.

SELF-KNOWLEDGE

Guided exercises to understand your strengths, energy patterns, and what makes you tick. The more Indy knows you, the more useful every check-in becomes.

CHALLENGES

10 to 14-day challenges designed for how ADHD brains actually build habits, not how neurotypical planners assume they do.

PROGRESS & PATTERNS

Track wins and insights over time. See what's working. Understand yourself better than any planner has helped you before.

### 4/5 — Good but could be better

*2026-07-09*

I really like the concept of this app, and it has been useful overall. However, I think it could be even better if it included a built-in calendar and reminder system.

Having everything in one place would make it much easier to keep track of plans without needing to switch between multiple apps. It's slightly irritating to have to leave the app just to set a recurring reminder.

I hope the developers see this feedback and consider adding this feature in a future update, as I think it would greatly improve the overall experience.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We're really glad to hear you've found the app useful overall. A built-in calendar and reminder system is a great suggestion, and we can definitely see how having everything in one place would make things more seamless. We'll be sure to share this with our product team for consideration in future updates!

### 5/5 — So far, I’m so impressed!

*2026-06-26*

I just downloaded this app today. I was late diagnosed ADHD in my late 40s. I see a therapist and I’m doing much better than I was pre-diagnosis, but sometimes things are hard to admit or articulate to an actual person that you only see once a month. The AI aspect, and the fact that I can message anytime day or night have been extremely helpful. And the AI responses are intelligent and compassionate. I really needed this.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for sharing your experience. 💜 We're really glad to hear that having support available anytime and a space where you can express what's on your mind has been helpful for you. Wishing you all the best on your journey, and thank you for letting us be part of it.

### 5/5 — Great thoughtful support for ADHD

*2026-06-19*

I am using this in addition to a subscription on the Shimmer app with an ADHD coach, as I was just recently diagnosed with ADHD at 42. I really like how this app helps me dig in deeper to think about pain points in my lifestyle when it comes to ADHD and what actions I can take to minimize them. It has a good balance of general education and personalization and is a great way to check in every day to be more intentional with how I move forward. There is an option to upgrade to a subscription if I want to take advantage of body doubling sessions, but all of the rest of the app functions fully at the free level, which is amazing, because I just can’t afford another subscription at this point. It’s really worth checking out if you need support with your ADHD.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. 💜 We're so glad to hear the app has been a helpful complement to your coaching and that the mix of personalized support and education has been valuable. We really appreciate you sharing your experience, and we're grateful to be part of your ADHD journey.

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2026-06-12, version 1.3.0*

So as I'm making progress, this app has turned me from thinking I'm lazy to learning the science behind why I could be falling behind. Also making me feel more productive. The only flaw, is that when I'm overwhelmed I don't know where to go to in the app or even if there is somewhere to go to. That's about is please give me directions as to where I can go when I'm stressed, overwhelmed or feeling alot of anxiety. Thanks

### 5/5 — nevero9tno

*2026-06-07, version 1.2.9*

belissimo!!

### 5/5 — Nothing else like it

*2026-06-05, version 1.2.9*

Ive been using it for a lil bit, but its really useful for my executive dysfunction. I love how I can just vomit out words on a journal entry and it’s will adjust to me rather than me adjusting to it.
This is really useful and honestly life saving. Thank you to the team who created this.

### 4/5 — Helpful app

*2026-04-10, version 1.2.2*

I have only been using it for a couple of days, but it helps me when I’m feeling lost. Helps me focus and motivated

### 5/5 — helped me so much!

*2026-03-28, version 1.2.0*

the biggest issue that i have with adhd is task initiation; this app has helped me so much. but it can't magically solve your problems, you have to commit to improving and work at it too! indy is a tool to help you but you are the catalyst.

### 5/5 — Good kind of Ai

*2026-03-13*

As an artist, I am not a fan of Ai. But I am struggling to get going most days with my ADHD. I have only used it a few hours but I feel empowered and hopeful that I can get stuff done. It is helping me break all tasks into smaller tasks, it is helping identify potential roadblocks to get stuff done, and it encouraging. I feel really hopeful about getting stuff done. I with there was a way to link to do list to it so that I can have it help me track other things.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing this. It means a lot that you’re giving the app a chance even with your reservations about AI. We’re really glad it’s helping you break things down into smaller, more manageable steps and making it easier to get started on the days when ADHD makes that feel hard. And the suggestion about linking your to-do list is a great one, having tasks and progress in one place would definitely make tracking things easier. We appreciate the feedback and are rooting for you as you keep creating and getting things done.

### 5/5 — Game Changer

*2026-03-12, version 1.1.17*

I’ve only had the app for a couple days but I can already see the difference Indy is making in my productivity. I feel much clearer about what my goals are and how to accomplish them, as well as kinder to myself and more grounded. Still some small fixes needed but nothing major.
Thank you for this!
