The ETA’s are not remotely accurate, you can barely see on the map where the ride is and customer service is full of rude people. Do better, Indianapolis.

### 1/5 — It’s 2023 shouldn’t have to call to setup account

In what world are we in trust that we have to in 2023 call to have an account set up everything is done online. I don’t need nobody to help me put in my information. All this does is slow me down when I’m in a hurry trying to catch a bus, seriously need to consider allowing us grown adults to be able to create our own account and not only that since I have to call to set up the account maybe provide a telephone number that we would need to call that might be real helpful
