## What is Inertia?

Use Inertia to measure the acceleration of all kinds of vehicles. When taking measurements, please always observe the Highway Code and do not put yourself or others at risk!

Inertia supports 0–100, 100–200, 0–100–0 km/h, 0-60mph, 0-60-0mph and 50-70mph ‘out of the box’. You can also set your own limits*. The measurements are supported by the iPhone’s built-in accelerometer, in addition to GPS. To help you identify the measurements later, you can enter driving modes and make notes for each measurement.*

With the speedometer mode, you can also use Inertia as a cycle computer, for example. It displays your current speed, as well as a trip computer showing distance travelled, average*, maximum* speed and elevation gain*. Inertia includes 5 additional speedometer skins.*

To ensure the most accurate measurements possible, please note the following:
- Mount your iPhone securely in the vehicle
- Ensure good GPS reception
- Do not operate the iPhone whilst driving - Configure all settings in the app before setting off

Bug fixes:
- The Apple Watch now recognises a disconnected iPhone more reliably
- When the RaceBox is connected, the ‘From’ field in Free Mode no longer resets whilst typing

Improvements/adjustments:
- RaceBox support has been tested with genuine RaceBox Mini hardware
- RaceBox support is now visible directly in the settings
- Indicator for measurement and speedometer added when using RaceBox instead of iPhone GPS
- The GPS indicator now automatically switches to the RaceBox when it is connected and displays its signal strength and satellites

Bug fixes:

- If a weather update fails (for example, due to a lack of network coverage), the last known temperature value will still be displayed and the next update attempt will be made 60 seconds later

Improvements/adjustments:
- Retro and Retro Digital now always have a 3-digit display for speed
- Retro now has a 4-digit display for altitude change
- Adjustments to the graphics in the Retro speedometer
- In addition to the temperature, weather conditions are now also displayed and saved
