I’ve been using this app for years. Recently when I open the app, it goes to a blank white screen after about 3-4 seconds. I’ve updated the app, updated my phone, un/reinstalled the app… still happening. I already filled out the support form and am waiting to hear back.

We put out an update on Friday that unexpectedly affected server communication, which caused the blank white screen you experienced. Our team pushed a fix this morning, and everything should now be working normally.

I attempted to renew my subscription and it said it was successful, but the app never updated so that I could access the info. It has charged me 3 times and I never got a reply to my two emails to support for the app
