Recently when I open the app, it goes to a blank white screen after about 3-4 seconds. I’ve updated the app, updated my phone, un/reinstalled the app… still happening. I already filled out the support form and am waiting to hear back. **Developer response:** Thank you for being a long-time user, and we’re really sorry for the disruption. We put out an update on Friday that unexpectedly affected server communication, which caused the blank white screen you experienced. In the last couple of weeks, it has stopped working. The app will no longer load! I hope it gets to working again soon. With the recent update I have not been able to get it to work. When opening the app — it just keeps buffering. Ive deleted and redownloaded the app, but nothing. I’ve had to resort back to looking up each med in the Hale’s book or calling Infant Risk for support. If this could be fixed it would be 5 stars. All I get when I search for a drug is a blank screen. I know my drugs. Literally identical. I knew this app was less than the full Hales, but the description made it look more comprehensive than MommyMeds. Report to apple. *2017-08-11, version 1.4* Having the same issue as the other review. Asks you to renew even though this is not a subscription based service. We are supposed to have access to the "un updated material". I will be reporting to apple as well. ### 1/5 — Not working *2017-08-04, version 1.4* Ever since the upgrade it's asking me to renew a 9.99 annual subscription when it previously was 9.99 once. On top of that it won't even let me renew it and it keeps coming up "sorry but it appears the App Store is down, try again". I probably have tried to at least 10 times over the last three days.
