Die Infectio App beinhaltet eine kompakte Leitlinie zum indikationsgerechten Einsatz von Antibiotika und anderen Antiinfektiva zur Behandlung von Infektionen des Menschen. Die Infectio App richtet sich an Ärzte sowie weiteres medizinisches Fachpersonal. Diese Leitlinie wurde durch das saarländische InfectioSaar Netz (gefördert durch das Ministerium für Soziales, Gesundheit, Frauen und Familie des Saarlandes) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Antibiotic Stewardship-Team des Universitätsklinikums des Saarlandes erstellt. Neben Therapie-Empfehlungen gibt die Infectio App Informationen zu wichtigen Krankheitserregern und der klinischen Symptomatik und Diagnostik bestimmter Infektionen. Darüber hinaus werden Charakteristika häufig eingesetzter Medikamente dargestellt. Die Leitlinie hat zum Ziel, Ärzten eine Übersicht und Hilfestellung bei der Diagnostik und Therapie unterschiedlicher Infektionen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Infectio App kann hierbei jedoch nicht die individuelle Therapieentscheidung des einzelnen Arztes anhand patientenspezifischer Faktoren ersetzen. Spaßeshalber lud ich mir zum Vergleich die InfectioApp und stellte fest, dass letztere KEINE Alternative zur Behandlung mit Penicillin angibt, während die oben genannte AI-App immer auch Antibiotika bei Penicillin-Allergie nennt. ### 4/5 — Einheitliche Fachsprache *2021-05-25, version 1.2* In der App wird zwischen Fachsprache z.B.
