It’s really frustrating. Even if I start on one of those countries, nobody gets infected. I spent over an hour repeating starting in Central Europe and I just KEEP WINNING! Follow my tips/steps so you can also start winning!: Step 1. Infect Central Europe first. Step 2. Dont upgrade the symptoms or Transfer stuff, focus on the Resistances. Step 3. Upgrade ALL of the Resistances, once done, Start upgrading the Transfering, Don’t do animals, do the mosquitos, air and blood, it’ll help kill people. Step 4. Once you’ve infected the ENTIRE WORLD start upgrading the symptoms, slowly though, so your disease doesn’t get caught! Step 5. If you see a warning that some countries are researching for the cure, upgrade the symptoms MORE (get the most deadly ones). And then you’re gonna win! (Reminder: keep breaking the blue bottles that’s the cure and it stops/slows them down from finishing the cure!) the reason why you don’t do symptoms immediately is bc if you do, you’ll get caught MUCH faster and you’ll lose.
