## What is Infer?

Infer is the to-do list that thinks ahead. It reads your calendar events and Slack messages to surface actionable tasks — so nothing falls through the cracks.

How it works:
• Connect your Calendar, and Infer suggests tasks from upcoming events — meeting prep, deadlines, follow-ups
• Connect Slack, and Infer finds action items in your messages — requests, mentions, and commitments
• Share text from any app (including Messages) and Infer extracts the tasks for you
• On devices with Apple Intelligence, Infer uses on-device AI for smarter extraction

Designed to be invisible:
• One screen. No tabs, no sidebars, no clutter
• Swipe right to complete. Swipe left to dismiss. Long press to edit
• High-confidence tasks appear on your list. Lower-confidence ones go to "Maybe"
• Pull down to scan for new tasks

Privacy first:
• All processing happens on your device
• No data is collected, tracked, or sent to any server
• Calendar and Slack access is read-only
• AI runs entirely on-device via Apple Intelligence

Works great as a standalone minimal to-do list too — no integrations required.
