Still, however, the red grid closing off is impossible to escape. And now, even more frustratingly, there is random lag in the game that doesn’t register the length of my tap properly and almost always ends my run. I love playing this, but the lag especially is extremely irritating. ### 4/5 — Lag issues after update *2018-02-07, version 1.4* I love the new runners, but the recent update has given me a lot of lag during runs, to the point where my jumps don't register and the lag costs me the run. The game never lagged before the update. But... *2017-11-12, version 1.2* I already have several hours on this game, my thoughts on it are the same from when I first played it. It’s fun and occupies the player with a lot of interesting aspects, and allows them to find their playing style for as much time as they need. I can tell the developers know how to execute very small and impactful things to influence the players. Yet, little aspects of the gameplay seem like they aren’t working as they should be. For instance, the red grid filling up a play area can end the game when not careful, except sometimes you aren’t given the choice and the linear path of the character will force you to die in the near grid. The only way to avoid dying from this event is to make sure the sprite is in an far away distance of the warning prematurely, which is impossible. I feel like the game should always be challenging, but not to the point where it decides when the game should end without choice. ### 4/5 — Fun but impossible *2017-11-08, version 1.2* I like this game a lot, but I get the sense that I come across impossible situations that have no way out. I love hard games but they have to be possible to get better in to be fun. Every situation should have a possible escape in my opinion. Tweak the balance of difficulty just slightly and I’d be hooked for weeks on this thing and probably drop the couple bucks to bypass the tickets. ### 3/5 — Good game *2017-10-26, version 1.2* Too bad it’s so overpriced. ### 5/5 — I dont care about other people. This is the best *2017-10-20, version 1.2* This game is the only endless game that i didnt delete after 2 days playing it. Its just addicting. The best i ever played. Yes the characters are only 4 BUT theres a lot of strategy behind each one of them. You can actually progress in the game. The ticket system is fine. You'll almost never lose a ticket. Sometimes its just impossible to dodge the red map cutter. My suggestion would be to add "Achievements" to the game. For example: Destroy 20 obstacles with Flippers special. And also add a new leveled game mode like "Survive for 1 minute" that theres a super hard map thats the same every time you play it and you should do it with only certain super timed jumps. Another thing you can add is online multiplayer. You race against other people (whoever survives longer wins) and get chips for it. With chips you can buy new levels or tickets or healths or other boosters (like start the game with full map). I wish you guys the best. This game has so much potential. You deserve all the money you make for this. Congrats ### 4/5 — More updates please!! *2017-10-18, version 1.2* This is actually really enjoyable and the characters are very fun and interesting. The only thing I really want to complain about is that the cost for upgrading to premium is quite pricey. I understand that you’d want to make money but please consider lowering the price for premium. The pixel art is just awesome, the powers of each character are different without feeling too alien from one another and the gameplay itself is very responsive. Glad to see the devs put the work in to bring it back! Hopefully I won’t have to worry about this getting taken down again. ### 5/5 — INFINIROOM THOUGHTS *2024-07-30, version 1.6* I am elated that this game is still being cared for despite its popularity and old age. This game is a well executed idea and its simplicity makes it stand out against a lot of other mobile games out there. If something as significant as flip’s ability was changed, I hope that the room generation was improved to reduce the amount of impossible situations where no input can prevent a failed run, but I haven’t played enough yet to know. On the flip change, I think it significantly altered his play in a negative way. Flip’s design was simple so that a new player can pick up the game easily and learn how it functions. The new pause after his ability use is unnecessary and it ruins his balance as a character. His low impact ability was balanced out by the fact that Flip has the fastest recharge cycle out of every character, which allows him to use it more often. The pause after landing slows him down and makes him much worse at tight, technical maneuvers that are essential for surviving longer in the room. He used to be the fluid and straightforward character that had a solid late game, but now he’s as sluggish as Brace. Brace’s pause after vaulting is okay because it is challenging to predict her landing point, but on Flip the pause has no purpose. It’s easy to get used to how he plays, and the pause does little to help players to learn how to play him better. On another note, T.A.N. should have a small explosion like flip to clear the area around after it teleports because obstacles appear at that spot and it’s not fun when the only option to survive is to teleport and T.A.N. teleports into an obstacle. Also on NULL T.A.N. is glitched. When the player uses teleport mid-air on NULL, NULL teleports to the floor instead of the air. A lot of the time on T.A.N. jumping and teleporting mid-air is the only way to not die. The change I made would help with the glitch and make T.A.N. on par with the better characters. Great game though. I love it ### 5/5 — I love this game and it has loads of potential *2020-11-01, version 1.4* I think this game is great. I highly recommend it as it is not pay to win and has a simple premise and is easy to pick up and play for a few minutes while waiting for something. It has some issues though. Most notably when you are put in impossible situations. This isn’t an issue but some sort of level game mode would be fun where once you complete the level on your first try you get a ticket or something like that.
