I have been using the Be.Infinit wellness app for a few days now, and I must say that Nova’s guided meditations have been a truly grounding experience. Her soothing voice and gentle nudging you to let go and f why distractions and connect with your inner self. This creates a safe space for deep relaxation and introspection.

I like how i can pick practices based on mood, time of day or to hear my own voice read an affirmation (woah!). I like that i can mix up how i use the app - journal, self record, listen to Infinit Nova or external podcasts. Novas voice is soothing, warm, sincere and not too peppy. Legit sounds like a friend I wanna call when upset. Will play more with this!
