Straight forward, connects any apps you already have. Updates your input in a timely manner. So much easier to track everything and communicate with your trainer.

Infinite Grit is my go-to app for tough workouts and a supportive community led by former Green Beret Jon Hamilton. With awesome workouts, challenges, and easy nutrition tracking, this app is all about getting strong and reaching your goals together.

The best app for somebody who’s looking to being a Green Beret or any SOF program. The thing about Tim is that he makes sure you understand what the workout program is and he also does a consultation with you weekly for any questions. The other part that’s amazing about this. Is it extremely cheap as it’s a one time fee compared to other SOF programs where it’s a month-to-month program Most programs don’t do what he does, and cannot compete with his skill set and knowledge trust me at 31 I feel well ready for selection.
