Best ruler. Only need inch in English system division, (tractions) no decimal. (Ten parts).

WOW just the app that I was looking for!  This is a simple ruler app without any extra clutter and it has an excellent readable design.  The app launches quickly, is simple to use, is very readable and overall works great. My thanks to the developer for an excellent very functional app that is easy to use.  Job well done!
