Getting close to deleting this app ### 3/5 — Authentication Error *2025-04-11* On speculation alone, and out of good faith, I’m giving this app three stars, pending my opportunity to delve into it more deeply. However, for a number of weeks (if not months), when I try to authenticate via email, this app returns an error. And when I try a password reset, that fails as well, (I get no email from “Infinite Spanish”). I would like very much to give this app a test drive, and I hope the authentication problem (via email) will be resolved soon. ### 2/5 — Cute game *2025-02-21, version 4.4.15* For a Spanish review game it’s not useful. You’re not allowed to test out of any sections. And you have to annoyingly finish levels in order to game stars to unlock new sections. You should be able to test out of that level and gain all the stars by passing the review. So if you’re gonna try this game for reviewing Spanish it’s completely useless if you are casually trying to learn a little Spanish here and there it might be fun. I gave it an extra star for the graphics. However, some words are wrong or pronounced wrong. For example, purple is pronounced completely different as is orange. It’s really only for absolute beginners since it starts with numbers. Each level takes over a minute to do and it only teaches one or two new words at a time. There are also too many ads, which is an immediate mistake. Why would they think someone would pay to unlock an app without a chance to really get a feel for how it works? Not only that, but on the third level there was suddenly no sound for some of the words. Since the entire concept is listening then tapping on the correct word, this is a terrible start. There’s also potential to add different ways to show understanding besides two choices for each question. Kind of a let down, honestly.
