I’ve been learning a lot about frequency and how much it impacts our bodies and our minds. This app has been life-changing for me. It is helping me with anxiety and with deeper sleep. The guided meditations are so relaxing. They remind me to breathe. I highly recommend.

This app offers so much and is exactly what I need when I need to focus, fall asleep, or get ready for a big day!   I cannot recommend this app highly enough!   I recommend to everyone!  Try it and see for yourself

I love this app. This is the calming app I need. I use it to help me fall asleep when I struggle.  The amount of options available is amazing!
