However since upgrading to the newest iPad with the M4 chip the app crashes when picking class room. ### 1/5 — Just loading *2024-08-11, version 3.0.9* You need to fix this app. I have been losing my safety bonus for 2 months because your app isn’t working. As a teacher, it’s clear someone who is not experienced in making learning materials made these quizzes and chose their answers. In addition, some of these videos are from almost 20 years ago. Finally, the videos won’t play if you’re in moving transportation even as a passenger. That’s treating adults like toddlers. If I am in a Waymo, riding Marta, a passenger on a plane, or riding in the rig or the family vehicle as a passenger this company has decided it knows better than me when I have free time to complete the videos. As an adult with a Masters degree who has been driving vehicles for more than 40 years I find that demeaning and VERY disrespectful of my time. It negates my ability to decide for myself the best time to watch the videos. If someone doesn’t know by now to keep the phone put away while actually in the driver position that’s on that individual and logical consequences will apply. It is MY time that will be used to do these tasks and therefore I should be able to decide the best time to do them. One additional note: contacting customer support is useless…”we only host the platform” is the answer I got. I changed my name, when I divorced, almost 4 years ago. The company still has not updated my info even though my CDL was changed when I made my name change. TDOT says it’s not on them. The school system says it’s not on them. Infiniti says call TDOT. Also, when watching the videos, they’ll stop responding or the test won’t show after the video. You have to rewatch the whole thing again and hope you’re allowed to take the test. So time consuming when it glitches multiple times you’ve already watched the video multiple times! ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2026-03-27, version 3.0.28* The app sometimes saves where you left off, but not reliably. Their weekly videos and quizzes consistently have questions that either don’t relate to the video or they’re wrong. That’s a big problem when bonuses and deadlines are against the employee(s). They haven’t fixed anything after 5 years of my usage of it, and I don’t believe they have any intentions to. They’re a JOKE. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed *2025-01-18, version 3.0.13* I can only assume companies use infinit-i because they're the cheapest, because it's trash all around. Their app on both Android and iOS is terrible. The elements on the page aren't laid out properly and they can't even work out how to properly display a full screen video. Their website is even worse. If it were possible to go below one star, I would. ### 1/5 — Horrible Platform *2025-01-10, version 3.0.13* This platform is absolutely horrible, bugs out quite often. This app update doesn’t recognize company login and my user name and password hadn’t changed. I have to use your app for work and right now it is absolutely garbage ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-09-01, version 3.0.10* Required to use this app for work. It never works correctly. We have to watch videos and then take a quiz afterwards. We get to the quiz and it stops letting us proceed part way through. We the must watch the entire 15-30 minute video again (there is no fast forward function) to then take the long quiz again only for it to remove all forward or backward or complete buttons on a random quiz question meaning you must start over yet again.
