## What is INFINITI Meetings & Events?

INFINITI Meetings & Events is the official brand mobile app allowing you to view program-related information, agendas, and more for your event. After you download this app, refer to your announcement email for instructions on accessing your meeting or event.

### 3.1.1 — 2026-08-18

When creating a meeting in the app using the Appointments module, the date/time picker now shows a time-range based on the defined availability of the meeting location. If the “Allow custom location” option is enabled and a custom meeting location is added, there is no adjusted time range.
- Various minor adjustments to improve the user experience. This includes posting on feeds that are linked to live sessions, uploading captured lead scan images, and the “thank you for responding” text that has been made more visible in dark mode.

### 3.0.0 — 2026-06-12

•	Adjustments made to support the new workspace dashboard report called “Time spent in the app”, giving workspace managers clear visibility into how long each attendee actively used the app.
•	When scheduling a meeting via the app, meeting organizers are no longer able to create new external participants that use the same email address as an existing participant. This is to prevent the accidental creation of duplicate participants

- We’re excited to announce that the app now supports Apple’s Liquid Glass design system. 
- The Universal lead capture module now includes an offline mode, allowing representatives to collect leads even without an internet connection.
This ensures uninterrupted lead capture in environments with limited connectivity. Any data collected offline will automatically sync once the device reconnects.

- We’ve enhanced the filtering system for the event list displayed when launching the mobile app. Filters are now ordered as follows: Ongoing · Future · Past · Testing · All. Count badges have also been added to display the number of events in each category.

- We have made various design adjustments to the mobile app user interface, with a focus on accessibility and improved support for screen readers.
- With the Universal lead capture module, for leads captured via OCR lead scanning, app users can no longer see the show image button in the lead profile
