REALLY!!!. I'm not even going to begin with their bad UI design do this really bad security flaw. I’ve been using it for a while now and I’m blown away. The app makes it easier to make requests and lets you view and search your entire history of requests. It literally feels like your personal assistant is just waiting for you to call and ask for assistance. And call you will.
