No screen information from the Infiniti thing, and made worse by expensive apple connecting equipment. Instructions obscure. User instruction virtually non existent. This device may work with IOS, but not easily. I have tried for 6 weeks since taking delivery, with next to no progress. Back in the box, and off to the local rubbish skip. Or throw it all on a ditch, that will be satisfying in a way. ### 1/5 — Infinitikloud app *2021-08-22* Terrible customer service, I've tried contacting them by chat, text and email. No response. I'm unable to transfer photos to the apps storage. My only option is to store on internal storage. Can't drag iPhone or iPad to infinitikloud storage. It's not available. Can't get any help.
