This was the easiest way for me to access my account. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-06-29* Unable to use the app as before. I can no longer view my policy information, make payments or my digital insurance card. I would highly recommend to view your policy, make changes to your auto payments, and obtain ID cards. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-03-26* This app has many bugs in it and has displayed incorrect information regarding my policy since day one. I’ve told customer service and asked when they can fix it so it displays correctly and got a generic answer. “Oh sorry about that, once your policy has renewed it will be fixed”. I’ve renewed my policy for a third time and it has the information of the first time I got my policy. It’s very annoying and the website is no better. Another thing is that every year the app doesn’t let me make a payment even though I have a payment due saying “ I have no payment due at this time “ and I do have a payment due. ### 4/5 — New Account *2022-12-14, version 1.1.3* Hello, thank you for all the new changes on the app, I really like it. I do have the following issues: My policy was renewed and for some reason the company changed the policy number and I had to create a new account in the app. It should allow you to add the new policy or do it for you automatically. Also, creating the new account, the page will not allow me to go and get the information needed to fill out the form, I had to write down all the information in order to create a new account. If I needed to pause and try to go in another page to get some information, when I got back to complete the form, everything was gone. I had to restart from the beginning.
