Googled how to lock card for IFCU/Deere and I was given a number to call. Customer service rep had no idea what I was talking about, had never heard of infinity federal credit Union and after giving her all of my information she still would not manually lock my card. Today, I had 2 checks to deposit electronically through the app.. first check was rejected 3x then finally went through. Second check was rejected 2x and then said “I had no eligible accounts for direct deposit.” What??? FINALLY after multiple other tries the second check deposited. ### 1/5 — Online deposits *2023-01-04, version 2.46.0* You’re camera is terrible!!!!! seriously, it only took me 25 Tries to deposit a check. Absolutely ridiculous. I will deposit checks online through a different institution. ### 1/5 — Clowns in their tech dept *2022-11-02, version 2.46.0* Of course they would f this up. Login not recognized. Verification w/ account # and SSN “not on file”. Browser login still blocked for “needing to update browser” after browser has indeed just been updated to just log in to my f’ing bank account. They test nothing before they have it go live for customers to use and never have. People in the branches are great. F’ing clown show over in the tech dept! ### 2/5 — App keeps quitting *2022-12-27, version 2.46.0* The app quits and freezes often. Also, some features are not available on the app that are said to be there. This is very frustrating. ### 3/5 — Bank Checks *2023-03-11* Not happy with the fact that bank checks now cost $10, after years of one free bank check per day. My other banks, not CU’s, still do not charge. This seems like a very decisive way to generate revenue. ### 3/5 — Ron Gaudet *2022-12-15, version 2.46.0* I live an hour from my closest infinity credit union branch in Bangor Maine. I have been using a credit union in Ellsworth Maine that’s part of the shared branch network to deposit checks. I just found out this morning that your bank is no longer part of the shared branch network. I guess on line deposit is the only option left for me since the Bangor branch doesn’t even have a night deposit box. ### 3/5 — Less clear *2022-11-18, version 2.46.0* The old app was simpler to use. This one is a bit of a pain because it integrates all transactions onto the front page. You can certainly click into,the individual account and pull up the transactions for that account, but it’s just messier. It doesn’t appear to be any improvement on the old system. ### 5/5 — Very nice system *2023-03-01* I find the new system is very good, everything is easy to use. Especially for me were my hearing is terrible and I cannot speak via telephone, I can see where every dollar is being used anytime. Password protection is at its best. I had a difficult time with my ipad and Sharon thankfully directed me through the process with patience. I love the new budget option and so much more was updated.
