Please respond……. ### 2/5 — Very annoying design choice *2025-06-01, version 1.9.2.2367* Why is there a timer on the hook? Do you not want me to play the game? The timer is only a minute long and is only there to force you to spam tap when ever you want to play. There are these energies that allow you to get bonuses you can only get 3 and in a normal game would refresh every 24 hours but in this one it takes 3 days. There are buildings where I have gotten a wait time of a MONTH! You get it right - but no credit. I very much enjoy this game. It is super laid back. No hard sell. It's be nice if better docs were out there though. The ads are optional, yet pushy and there’s no way to turn them off (except turning off WiFi). The inquizity quests never work. Biggest issue is there’s a bug that longest launcher distance isn’t recognized for achievements etc., meaning as soon as you roll a multiplier related to launcher distance on a pet, you’ll never be able to increase the multiplier again. Roll one on 2x? Stuck at 2x forever. It’s frustrating in a game that I want to use as stress relief. ### 3/5 — Addicting gameplay, bugs with little support *2023-11-21* Yes i do love this game along with the developer’s others prior to infinity island. However, there are several annoying bugs that hinder progression in the game (there are several achievements and dropper achievements around hitting certain launcher distances, but once those milestones happen the game doesn’t acknowledge it. I think the mining biome may be broken. Other small things and none of it would worry me if it hadn’t been a year since the last bug fix. Is the game abandoned? ### 5/5 — Love this game!!! *2023-08-30* I love this game! It was a little hard to figure out in the beginning… they kind of just throw you into it. But I got the jist if it pretty quick. I think it’s very creative and enjoyable. I can’t wait to know what the next level will bring. I really hope they keep this game going with new updates and new fun things to do! ### 3/5 — launcher bug *2023-04-10* seems unlikely that we will get any more updates, but the game has a problem with tracking launcher distance. It can do cumulative distance but never registers farthest launch (always 0). this means that (1) the level 1 500m launch achievement will always register 0 and cannot be collected and (2) more importantly, once pets hit a distance related multiplier, they will get stuck at that multiple forever (eg egghog will get stuck at x2 forever because one can never claim the 288m launch multiplier achievement). ### 5/5 — Great game *2023-03-17* Good fun, keep the updates coming! ### 2/5 — Underwhelming *2022-12-28* I’m a huge fan of YHTBAB and 1,000,000 so this is a wildly disappointing follow-up from a strong developer. The gameplay is tuned to encourage you to watch an overwhelming quantity of adverts, with no option to pay to opt-out, and on top of that, multiple aspects of the game are severely broken, hindering progression, and according to the subreddit have been like that for months. All it does is the same thing over and over & it doesn't go any different. The claw never reaches the prize, it's blocked every time. The pet never makes it to the goal when jumping. It doesn’t hold your hand. There’s a lot for you to figure out on your own…and I’m finding new things all the time. The little rectangular characters are adorable. (I sort of want a couple of them as stuffed animals.) Fling that grappling hook! Haul in goodies! Level up your island friends! Get blessings from the Idol and explore the underwater lab! Nearly all bugs have been fixed and a lot of new features have been added. This is a great “active” idle incremental game. It’s got a lot of personality and is very addicting. There is a surprising amount to do for what is a relatively simple game. Seeing numbers go up is very satisfying. You absolutely do not ever need to spend money to progress (but if you like the game, I recommend throwing at least $5 to get the Islander Pack).
