### 2/5 — Too Expensive

*2026-03-19, version 6.6.1*

I have been looking for a list app for months to help track some of my collections. This app was perfect. Except for the 75 item limit. If you want more than 75 items, you pay. $15, maybe $20 I’d consider. But $70 to write lists? That is ridiculously expensive.

### 4/5 — Good Ap

*2026-03-03, version 6.6.1*

Nothing sexy but does what it says it will. I keep tons of lists organized and easily accessible on this ap.

### 5/5 — Pay

*2026-01-21, version 6.5.8*

I really truly dont like that switching to a pay structure. I had lots of info stored . Thank you Develpers for your explanation.

### 2/5 — Disappointed. Will not renew

*2026-01-18, version 6.5.8*

I paid for this app based on the promise that the developer does not collect any personal information. Only too late did I learn that it reaches out behind the scenes to Firebase servers, owned by Google, and I don’t hear Google making any such promises. Sadly, I have stopped using the app and will not renew.

Aside from that, it’s a highly capable and almost infinitely customizable app. All that potential comes with a steep learning curve that is made more difficult by a non-intuitive interface. It’s really more a database app than a simple list maker. That could be great for those who like to tinker and don’t care about privacy. I’m not that person. I’m going back to using simple checklists in Apple Notes.

I think that if a developer is going to appeal to privacy-minded customers by claiming they don’t collect personal data it would be a lot more forthright of them to let us know up front that they entrust our data to a company not as scrupulous about privacy. I’m very disappointed.

UPDATE: The dev reacted to the above by claiming the app uses only Firebase Crashlytics. Since then the app has also contacted Firebaselogging (according to The App Nefwork Activity page in Settings). Who wants Google logging every time and place they use the app? And whatever else Google makes note of in the process? I downgraded my rating another star because I don’t trust this developer.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-01-15, version 6.5.8*

One day I lost all my information that was listed on this list due to a change that they made earlier in 2025. The guy that actually created this app corrected it & fixed it immediately and sent me steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I have never had such great customer service thank you and keep us going! For the folks that wrote 1* review….. REALLY?
😒😑💥😦🤨💥‼️

### 5/5 — Create Your List Database From Scratch

*2026-01-01, version 6.5.5*

If you are someone who likes to arrange things and order things the way you want them arranged and organized, then this is the app for you. This has become a very important app for me at my job. It can be synced to all of your devices with a yearly subscription that is well worth it if that's something you need. I like software that can give you flexibility but can also keep everything uniform and focused. Great app for productivity!

### 4/5 — Mr.

*2025-12-28, version 6.5.5*

I’m glad it still works with my original files. So far it has been great. I hope I don’t have a lot of reading in order to add files again. Thanks for your concerns for us.

### 5/5 — B

*2025-12-25, version 6.5.5*

Love the app, been using it for years.

### 3/5 — Disappointed. Will not renew

**Developer response:** The app does not share any private user data with Firebase or Google. I'm not sure what you saw that made you think it does? It only utilizes Firebase for Crashlytics, which is a utility service for reporting crashes. This service only reports the line of code the app crashed on, in case the app crashes. No user data is sent to Firebase or Google, in these cases. Crashlytics is the standard crash monitoring service that most iOS apps use, and does not require any personal data to be shared. I hope that eases your concerns. If not, please email us at support@infinitylists.app.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2025-12-20, version 6.5.4*

I like that you can pick and choose items from one list and copy them to another list. Great for grocery lists, which is what I was looking when I originally found this app.
Nw I keep track of Christmas gifts, bday presents, little token giveaways. Some says they want some for Christmas, but it’s June. I can just put it on my Christmas list as a reminder.
I am always finding new ways to use this app!

### 5/5 — Great, useful app

*2025-12-18, version 6.5.3*

Top notch customer service. One of the best apps I use. It is very customizable and will sync to the Cloud so lists can be read across multiple devices. Totally worth it!!

### 5/5 — It’s a great app

*2025-12-16, version 6.5.2*

My passwords are right at my fingertips.

### 5/5 — Review

*2025-12-16, version 6.5.2*

Been a long term user and subscriber. Never had any serious issues, and on the odd occasion I’ve needed support it has always been given quickly leading to a quick solution. Love the changes made to the new version.

### 5/5 — Much improved

*2025-12-15, version 6.5.2*

Update is great. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2025-12-14, version 6.5.1*

I have used this app for several years and LOVE that I can make my Christmas list or birthdays and anniversaries without anyone seeing it! The extra code protection to get into this app has been wonderful and so many ways to make lists!!!!!

### 5/5 — Fantastic App!

*2025-12-12, version 6.5.1*

Fantastic app. I use it to create all sorts of lists. The developer is always adding new features to make it even better. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Good

*2025-12-11, version 6.5.1*

In a world of multiple pass words this app is great. I have used it for several years and have nothing but good things to say about it.

### 5/5 — Used for years

*2025-12-10, version 6.5*

I have used this app for over a decade and it continues to be my most functional and reliable organization app, and I have tested many. It has a lot of customization and the UI is fluid and easy to view and use for mobile version. I haven't even tapped into the latest functionality since it's updates but it has added alot since my intro to the app. Outstanding customer service, very responsive and personable.

### 5/5 — Best in class app

*2025-12-10, version 6.5*

Many uses over the years. Great app.

And in 2025, this developer has added so many new features!

A wonderful mix of spreadsheet and database and list maker.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stay Away

*2026-01-02, version 6.5.5*

Purchased this app some time ago and now they limit items to the list (75). If they want to change the rules after a purchase then publish a new app. Thank goodness Apple Notes can now accomplish the same function.

### 1/5 — Unhappy User

*2025-08-17, version 6.2.3*

Paid fir app and they upgrade? to subcription model. Don’t purchase from this deceptive (company)?

### 1/5 — Greed is the moto.

*2025-07-27, version 6.1.7*

This WAS a great app for maintaining lists and it was worth the asking price. But the author got greedy and imposed a monthly fee. Those of us that purchased the app years ago now have locked lists that can’t be changed. We are forced to pay again, but now it’s a monthly fee … or delete.
I deleted and switched to OneNote and a free text editor. I’m just not willing to throw $ away on any product that whimsically changes policies, even after the customer pays.
If I could I’d rate this ZERO.
Disappointing!!!

### 1/5 — Changed for the BAD

*2025-07-05, version 6.1.6*

They made this free app I had been using for years successfully for years, subscription based and in the process they changed the way it functions to the point that I can’t even figure it out anymore. I am extremely frustrated by the “improvements” and out $25. Why does everyone have to make simple things overly complicated??

### 1/5 — Don’t!!

*2025-05-27, version 6.1.1*

Wiped all of my lists when upgrading. Don’t make the same mistake.

### 1/5 — Have to pay subscription after I paid for it already

*2025-05-26, version 6.1.1*

I’ve been using this app on all my devices for over 8 years. Paid for app already and was happy with everything about it but now I have to pay again for lifetime subscription. Nope. My guess is company was sold and new owners are trying to make up their investment. I’ve referred so many people as well and I don’t think it’s right to charge loyal customers twice…

### 1/5 — Fees

*2025-05-24, version 6.1.1*

I purchased this app years ago with a one time lifetime fee. I loved this app and use it daily. However, with the update, I now have to purchase a monthly subscription in order to be able to continue to use this app. Unfortunately, I will not be paying a monthly fee to use something that I already paid for.

### 1/5 — Updated to require subscription

*2025-05-24, version 6.1.1*

Why would I pay for a list of my own creation?

### 1/5 — Used to be good

*2025-05-23, version 6.1.1*

new subscription model made me export my lists to google sheets and delete the app after many many years of use. was a great app except for going to subscriptions

### 1/5 — HORRIBLE!

*2025-05-21, version 6.1*

Don’t trust this app with anything other than maybe a grocery list, that you don’t mind losing. I had been using the ListMaster app for years, and had large amounts of important data stored. When I was forced to transition to the new app, the transition process erased the majority of my data. I have emailed support numerous times, but received no reply. DON’T trust this app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — The best list maker app available

*2026-08-10, version 6.6.4*

I’ve been using this app for creating lists for several years now. It’s terrific! Highly modifiable.

### 5/5 — My Go To List Maker

*2026-07-21, version 6.6.4*

I use this app daily to track my projects, inventory my books, my garage, my product, ideas, shows to watch, shopping list, daily to-dos, you name it.

### 5/5 — Best App-Highly Recommend

*2026-07-17, version 6.6.4*

Best "list" app ever made!
I've been using this app for nearly 10 years, and it has been an absolute lifesaver. I use it to organize just about everything: grocery lists, pantry and office inventory, outstanding orders, passwords, serial numbers, and computer equipment for both my home and office.
I even use it to track statistics for the healthcare, OB/GYN, and birth procedures I've performed. It helps me manage my hospital rounds, and when I return to the office, I use it to complete my hospital billing. The possibilities are endless.
One of the things I appreciate most is the outstanding customer support. Every time I've contacted tech support, I've received a prompt response along with a solution that resolved my issue.
As long as the developers continue to maintain and improve this app, I'll continue using it every day. Thanks for creating such a fantastic app!

### 5/5 — Lifesaver

*2026-07-15, version 6.6.4*

This is one of the best Apps I have on my phone! I use it almost daily. It helps me keep my life in order. From To Do List, Grocery List, Christmas List, Things to Remember, etc. My life revolves around list. I also love the lock feature for some of my important list of passwords, etc. so that only I have access. You can also move things around and check off list as you need. I recently had an issue and reached out to the developer who responded in a timely manner and then notified me when the issue was resolved. Great communication!! Definitely recommend this app to everyone.

### 5/5 — Great app for lists

*2026-05-28, version 6.6.2*

Been using it for years

### 5/5 — Best list app

*2026-05-13, version 6.6.2*

I’ve used this list app for many many years. It’s by far the best one out there.

### 5/5 — So Helpful

*2026-04-09, version 6.6.1*

I have been using this app for years and it helps me keep track of everything!!! I love that I can customize it my way. Love the new features.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-03-19, version 6.6.1*

Not a fancy list user, so can not speak for the advanced and esoteric stuff but this app does the work for me!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-02-15, version 6.6.1*

Great app!

### 5/5 — A definite must have app

*2026-02-08, version 6.6.1*

I really like this app, but am finding it somewhat difficult to get it to do what I want it to do. It has the capability of getting many details, but isn't quite as user friendly as I would like. I will continue to use and work through the delays.

I am updating my review. I was having issues upgrading my device. It was Apple‘s issues and because of that I wasn’t upgrading my apps. Long story short, the developer was very responsive in getting back to me quickly to find a resolution and get my lists back up and running! This app can do so much more that make grocery lists! Thank you!
