Infinity MC is the member app for Infinity Medical Concierge. This is a single, secure home for your health data, your care plan, and direct access to your dedicated medical team.

Connect your wearable devices to centralise your key health metrics, and let our clinicians review your information behind the scenes. If any trends stand out or need attention, your care team will proactively reach out.

Beyond your data, Infinity MC keeps you connected to human-led care. View your personalised care plan, keep track of appointments and preventative milestones, access your medical records, and reach your concierge team directly whenever you need them.
