It always gets crashed and asks for login every time and when I write the neet test it doesn’t function properly. Suddenly during the test it gets crashed…. A lot of improvement to this app is needed ### 1/5 — Worst app ever made in the history *2024-05-04* This app is an absolute disaster. From the moment you download it, you're bombarded with intrusive ads that make it nearly impossible to navigate. The user interface is clunky and confusing, with buttons that seem to do nothing and menus that lead to dead ends. Even basic functions like signing up or logging in are a nightmare, as the app constantly crashes or freezes. And don't even get me started on the customer support – nonexistent would be a generous description. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this app. It's not worth the frustration. ### 1/5 — Worst app chaitanya like your coaching *2023-12-22* Very bad app ,crashes again and again, it crashes during the test too which is very annoying , when i open the appit always asks for the update but i have already updated it up to the date ### 1/5 — Works great on android but not here.. *2023-10-06, version 1.7.2* It is an Okay app but it works a lot more better on android. There are no updates here and you can’t get the online version of the study material here but on android both text book and study material is available.. I saw many reviews on Android and the developers were actually reading the issues and fixing them if it was the android version I would have given 4 stars.. Half the time I’m wondering whether I opened a learning platform or volunteered as a beta tester. The interface feels slow, things don’t always work when you expect them to, and every update seems to fix one issue while introducing another. It’s like watching someone patch a leaking boat with sticky notes. When you’re trying to prepare for an important exam, the last thing you need is an app that makes you nervous about whether it’ll cooperate. Students need reliability, not surprise plot twists. The study content may be decent, but that’s hard to appreciate when the overall experience is frustrating. An educational app should reduce stress, not become part of the syllabus under “Problems to Solve.” I genuinely hope the developers focus on stability and user experience, because right now this app tests my patience more than it tests my knowledge. ### 1/5 — How bad is this app:( *2026-04-27* This is a horrible app. The app interface is not good and it doesn’t work.. all the login options either the password or the OTP with phone number doesn’t work.. the quizzes are bizarre. I was writing a test in the app and it suddenly started asking for updates.. I updated the app but it still doesn’t work at all.. the app freezes and crashes a lot too.. there is no use of this app and the subscription fee is too much compared to the working and the options it provides. It’s an absolute waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — Crashes frequently and terrible interface *2026-01-13* The app frequently crashes in between exams and the ‘save’ part of the ‘save and next’ option doesn't work properly, during an exam, it changed my options for a few questions and for my friends it even attempted extra questions, after attempting every question in an exam my marks are still not multiple of 5, guess why? It didn't save the numericals which changed my air. I strongly don't recommend this app to anyone unless they start caring abt the app and not just on glazing and advertising. ### 1/5 — Worst app made by Sri Chaitanya *2025-12-23* I am a student studying in Sri Chaitanya school and firstly they charge at least ₹1,000 ( exactly ₹1750) there are too many bugs and I have been studying here for the past 4 years , there is no improvement in the app. They always ask me to always update the app and even if I type the correct password it shows error. And no one understands what the background team is working towards all the problems faced by users of this app. So, pls do not use this app at all ### 1/5 — Absolute waste of time and money *2025-12-17* The app causes errors and out of nowhere shows session logouts for no reason. Many reviews and still the staff and programmers haven’t fixed this issue, The app costa at least 1,000Rs. To use like what is this? The staff are including book fees and infinity meta app fee and the test results are showing wrong marks, or else if not paid we won’t be able to open it. So it is better to not buy or use the app. ### 1/5 — The bugs are insane! *2025-09-21* I honestly don’t understand the point of this app. It’s extremely useless—you can’t even log into your account properly. Every attempt either crashes the app or just loops back to the login screen. Nothing works as intended, and it feels like it was barely tested before release. Save yourself the frustration and skip this one. ### 1/5 — Worst education app ever *2025-07-26* This app is very useless. Certain options dont work when i tap, tabs crash on their own and sometimes the subjects tab doesn’t even show up. The Gk and science quizzes are swapped And the worst thing: in scheduled tests options are chosen on their own! Even if i have clicked on the right answer, after the test the report shows that i had clicked on some other option! During subject quizzes, questions fail to appear. What are they doing with the bug fixes? ### 1/5 — Worst app ever , so so many glitches! *2025-07-20* First , I am a Chaitanya student and they forced me to download the app , can’t watch the videos , notes won’t load , the test key is wrong and the 1 star I gave was only for the ask a question feature rest of the app is trash , my parents are scolding me because of the less marks in those tests in the app but in actual school tests I am getting the right marks , please ban this app Apple ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-05-18* I’m extremely disappointed with the mandatory app prescribed by Sri Chaitanya School. Despite being costlier than many other EdTech platforms, the app fails to function properly. Even after entering the correct OTP, it keeps showing an error. I faced the same issue last year, and it’s happening again. The school’s only suggestion—uninstalling and reinstalling the app—has not resolved the problem. Some times when I opened self study it doesn’t open and says that you had not payed the digital fee even though I payed the fee.
