App won’t recognize my device even though it’s listed on the app. I’m only giving it a 1 star because I cannot give it less than 1 star. This app is absolute trash, shame on you infiray.

Pay 5k for a scope and the app is trash can’t transfer videos because it loses connection, can’t use the laser range finder because the Bluetooth is trash. Nice set up boys.

How the old one worked fine and this doesn’t baffles me. It will connect but once it does it makes my scope lose all controls and screen details. I can’t change anything while connected.  It shows reticle but not battery or any of that. Not good at all.

No matter how many times you follow step by step, turn off the device, re-download the app. It will not connect. I have been using the v1 app flawlessly but the v2 will simply not work. $10,000 thermal optics and a $10 app.

You would think a high end thermal scope would be supported by a decent App.   Nothing in this App works.  What good is the ability to video if you can’t view it?  Shame on the developer.

Tip for getting Nocpix/InfiRay to  synch:  Go to Airplane Mode and then follow the steps.  This tip was given to me by a friend and it worked the first time.  I have spent 2 1/2 hours (at least) trying to get them to synch only to discover this tip.  Hopefully it helps someone else.  Now, if they could fix this and the super slow download times I would give these apps 4 or 5 stars.  Love the scopes! They are super high quality and hunting coyotes with them is one of my most favorite things to do.
