Never had any problems and customer service is ALWAYS helpful. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-12-24, version 5.11.104* Doesn’t accept actual information such as SSAN ### 1/5 — Worst banking app and bank *2025-07-16, version 5.11.104* This app is about and poor of an experience as it is to bank with InFirst. Logging in with saved passwords is broken and endlessly loops. Functionality is minimal. Need a payoff quote? Sorry, have to fill out a form. Need to make other changes? You guessed it, another form. It is embarrassing to see how archaic this is compared to other financial institutions. I am so glad to be done with this bank and hope to never deal with them again. ### 1/5 — I don’t like the new app *2025-06-10, version 5.11.104* I don’t like this app. I don’t like that it doesn’t save your credentials. I don’t like that I have to enter my account number to reset the password. The colors are awful, I feel like I’m playing a child’s banking game. It doesn’t feel user friendly, it’s not intuitive. The app went from horrible to bad so I guess that’s an improvement. But they still missed the mark.
