I spoke to Amanda in the loan department and shared my issue with her. To say the least; Amanda was very understanding and caring. She assured me that she would do everything she and the InFirst staff could do to assist me I was ecstatic to learn a few days later that my loan request had been approved. Logging in with saved passwords is broken and endlessly loops. Functionality is minimal. Need a payoff quote? Sorry, have to fill out a form. Need to make other changes? You guessed it, another form. It is embarrassing to see how archaic this is compared to other financial institutions. I am so glad to be done with this bank and hope to never deal with them again. ### 1/5 — I don’t like the new app *2025-06-10, version 5.11.104* I don’t like this app. I don’t like that it doesn’t save your credentials. I don’t like that I have to enter my account number to reset the password. The colors are awful, I feel like I’m playing a child’s banking game. It doesn’t feel user friendly, it’s not intuitive. The app went from horrible to bad so I guess that’s an improvement. But they still missed the mark. The online/app service is why infirst isn’t my pfi. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2018-12-16, version 4.2.254* I have the InFirst Visa card. The InFirst CU app does not show my Visa card transactions. That makes the app useless. The InFirst app does nothing for me. My other CU’s app is so much more useful. ### 2/5 — App Presentation *2022-01-02, version 4.25.189* The main screen of the app needs a cleaner presentation. Particularly the weird “debit” placement in the middle of the screen wedged between Checking/savings and Visa. ### 2/5 — OK *2018-05-10, version 4.2.254* Staff are marvelous. Wish the app was as good as the staff. Can only enter new payee data using a computer, NOT a tablet. Thus, forcing one to own both machines. When 'partner' stopped participating e.g., not allowing free use of atm', the only notice given was by the partner. I had to inform In First credit union. In First contact with partners would hopefully get the word out when members can't use the ATM without fees. More costs. I no longer even try to meet the debit card use requirement. There are many companies that have a higher threshold for accepting a card purchase. Too many times (15?) needed to reach the goal. Also, the chance for identity theft fraud just is not worth taking to make a low cost purchase. The news programs seem to show misuse of atm's by stealing card data is on the rise at places where fast food, other low cost purchases are made via debit cards. ### 2/5 — 2.5 *2016-04-27, version 3.11.236* App is clunky. Interface is not intuitive. Fingerprint password never works. Password expiration every couple of months (or weeks?) is cumbersome and frustrating. Loads slowly. ### 2/5 — No Mobile Deposit *2013-10-08, version 2.6.18* The only reason I downloaded this app was to scan and deposit a check, which (1) every other bank allows and (2) the first screen shot of this app indicates that this app allows (see the "mobile deposit" option).
