Won’t let you cancel. Also you enter in all your details and dietary information and the app is generic and doesn’t save any of that information. I have been contacting them since but they are not at all helpful. The lady named, Jennifer Olejarz, has been denying me any refund and asking me for photographs and proofs if I have used the application, when I have told her so many times that I m not the kind of person to be taking pictures. I feel like I have been scammed. Why would they deduct the payment on their own, when i consented for just a week’s plan??
