So, when I wanted to cancel my subscription, I had to contact customer service by email. I was told a year ago that my subscription was cancelled. Yet, I have been charged 3 times since then! I have sent multiple emails and I just keep getting met with the refund policy—even though they told me I already cancelled!! And when you click the delete account button, it just logs you out of the app, it doesn’t delete. Very frustrating. The lady named, Jennifer Olejarz, has been denying me any refund and asking me for photographs and proofs if I have used the application, when I have told her so many times that I m not the kind of person to be taking pictures. I feel like I have been scammed. Why would they deduct the payment on their own, when i consented for just a week’s plan??
