But the support chat for when the app glitches and causes you to miss deadlines? Slow is a kind word, misinformation a yes that turns to a no that turns to an I don’t know is more accurate. If you are a beginner probably best to wait a few months before you brace Influee so your account can stay in good standing ### 2/5 — Creators assume high risk with limited protections *2026-01-27* Influee allows brands (including those in highly regulated markets) to request scripted content, raw footage, and perpetual usage at extremely low rates, while placing full legal and FTC compliance on creators. This structure encourages a race to the bottom on pricing and shifts a significant regulatory risk onto creators, who are often expected to deliver "authentic" messaging from brand-written scripts. There are currently no meaningful guardrails for campaigns involving financial or medical claims, which puts creators (and ultimately the platform) at risk. Influee needs better transparency and protections and is not sustainable long term for professional creators. ### 2/5 — They don't value you *2026-01-08* Obviously designed for businesses not UGC creators. There are better options if you want to be valued and get your worth as a UGC creator. They also leave a lot of the work up to you. This may be a considerable option if you've literally never done ugc before but if you have even in the slightest - this app is not for you. ### 4/5 — really good app - just needs monitoring *2025-02-24, version 5.1.5* I love Influee, and can easily get UGC work and communicate with brands and I can’t recommend it enough! However, a lot of the time, brands will request content and then after agreeing on a price will request extra content but won’t want to pay any more, and they have the power to not “approve” the content until this is given. This has happened to me twice in the last two weeks - one brand was polite so I filmed the content for them and then explained that I would usually charge extra, another was just straight up rude and ended up disputing the deal meaning I didn’t get paid despite having given them all the content that was initially requested. I brought this up with Influee multiple times before they actually “looked into it” but I still haven’t heard back. It’s a great app when brands are polite and respect your boundaries and work, but I do think it could be monitored a bit more by Influee if you are giving brands this much power over a creators income - especially when they’re changing the deal halfway through and are able to use this against you. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t let me to add the storyes *2024-11-04, version 5.1.2* How can I add the storyes in the campaign? ### 2/5 — App *2024-08-03, version 5.1.1* The app is nice but unfortunately when I try to sign up where it gives shipping details, when I hit state exits me out and I can’t put my shipping information 🙃 ### 3/5 — no protection for content creator *2024-07-08* This app offers some campaigns in Canada and it's good. The worst thing is that there is no protection for content creators - if the client wants you to retake a video in a different dimension because they made a wrong brief (even after the client approved all videos) you have to do it for free and solve all the problem alone, because application rules only on the side of client. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2024-06-10* After going through their vigorous review process, I’ve had the app for a full month now and received a grand total of ZERO offers. Also I applied to like 4 campaigns and one of the clients rejected the proposal because I had too many proposals. It defeats the purpose of offering your services here. Creators are there to make money not wait 4-7 days for clients to answer and then apply for more. It’s funny how these companies expect you to work one for 25 dollars for a min video or 10 for that matter and 2, they want you to be working only on their campaign. I think clients should not be able to see if you have applied to other campaigns etc. this should be confidential information. Terrible help from support! *2026-02-11* terrible communication, support ignores, turns a blind eye to the fact that the brand does not pay for my work, that the brand does not know how to clearly write requirements for the video and then refuses to cooperate after I spent a lot of time creating content twice. Of course, brands pay for subscriptions, so justice is where the money is! There is no justice! Support always sides with brands even if they are wrong. Pérdida de tiempo ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2025-08-29* This is by far of the worst creator app. I wish I had read all of these negative reviews before joining. Every creator has said the same thing. Extremely low paying and low quality products. At one point was refused payment after creating content for them. When I pushed for payment, was removed as a creator. Other apps, including insense, Cohley, tribe and twirl are amazing! Never had any issues and very high paying collabs. C’est dommage, car le concept UGC est intéressant, mais à ce prix-là, on s’attend à une plateforme fonctionnelle.
