## What is Influence Daily?

Influence Daily is a daily practice in persuasion and power for anyone at work.

Twice a day, at your morning and evening reminder times, you get a fresh dose:
- A quote, and the principle behind it.
- Three quick questions that ask what you would do in a realistic situation: a peer who blocks you, a skeptical boss, a team that doubts you.
- A short story that shows the principle at work.
- A tough question, with the discussion around it.

It is not a flash-card app. It builds judgment: when to use authority and when to earn it, how coalitions form, why reciprocity works, where persuasion turns into manipulation.

Two quiet reminders a day, in the morning and the evening, at times you choose. You can turn them off at any time.

On Apple Watch, see the day's quote, the principle and a quick true-or-false question from your wrist.

No account, no ads and no tracking. Everything works offline and stays on your device.

Built from notes on an MBA course about influence and power, for anyone at work. Not affiliated with any school.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 0.4 — 2026-10-19

Today now changes twice a day, at your morning and evening reminder times, and the evening dose matches the evening reminder. Each dose joins your own archive once you have read it for a few seconds: stories, questions and quizzes show what you have read, so your library grows twice a day. Questions and stories are reworded for anyone at work.

### 0.2 — 2026-10-17
