I have been playing for maybe a year or so now. One thing that bothers me about this game is it seems like the same people are always at the top of rankings and rewards. I understand every game has that but it seems like this game is meant for people that have too much time on their hands because it is always the same people at the top. I know you have to spend something on a game to have a chance to compete but sometimes its not even worth it because you know the same ones at the top will just spend even more. Either the time period for players to win the full set isn’t long enough or these people want you to be spending $200 every week. It takes a lot of time just to get a bracelet I’ll never be able to reach what others seem to get so easily because they’re ALWAYS top stars / Winnie’s. I feedback about this and they dont care at all. I wonder how many players still left. No one will keep playing this. I can be a long term players. I already spend like $700/800 already. i cannot stop for a moment. Event after event and all are needed to spend. The game becomes a torture for me. Not a relax and fun place to play after work. This game advertises fair play but that is further from the truth. The game itself is free but if you want to compete in this game you’re going to have to spend good $$$. There are constant glitches and bugs that get ignored. They do not care about us or our suggestions. I’m honestly surprised the FTC hasn’t looked into this game. They mislead you or change the rules on you. They constantly switch up on you and give you attitude when you’re upset about something they did. Mind you, I’ve only been playing for three months. I downloaded this game looking for something to chill out with and check in periodically throughout the day. I bought the year pass and a few other passes because I love supporting games I know I'll be sticking with long-term. I even made it to #2 on my server. But my payment failed when trying to buy the diamonds rewards pack (where you get like 11,000+ diamonds as you clear stages and reach certain ranks.) I wasn't sure if it was Apple, my card, or the game itself. I closed out of the game to restart it and suddenly my payment went through. I checked the game and sure enough, the pass wasn't unlocked. I got a refund and while I wasn't blocked from accessing the game, I could no longer make purchases or watch ads for bonus rewards. Because of this, I wasn't able to get an event item I'd been saving up for because I couldn't make a purchase and I wouldn't be able to get the fashion pass for the new season unless I paid them back for items that were never even delivered. I contacted customer support, but I read through other users' experiences and saw this isn't even a new issue. I decided it wasn't worth it and uninstalled. I guess it's for the best and my wallet will be happy. Events were happening too fast back to back and they're unable to complete without spending real money. All good outfits are paywalled, too. While I'm sad because I did enjoy the (somewhat generic) story, I just can't support this company. However, recently, players cannot even participate in important events unless they spend $15. As imagens da App Store reforçam essa ideia. Infelizmente, a experiência encontrada depois de algum tempo é bem diferente. O maior problema não é a existência de compras dentro do jogo. Quase todos os jogos possuem isso. O problema é a forma como toda a progressão parece ser construída para fazer com que essas compras deixem de ser opcionais e passem a representar a diferença entre evoluir ou ficar para trás. Novos personagens, eventos, vantagens e sistemas são apresentados constantemente. Os personagens mais valiosos, que oferecem melhores atributos e impulsionam a evolução da conta, normalmente estão vinculados a compras. Aos poucos, a sensação deixa de ser “quero comprar” e passa a ser “preciso comprar para conseguir acompanhar o jogo”. E a compra nunca parece ser a última. Sempre existe um novo evento, um novo personagem, um novo passe, um novo pacote, uma nova promoção, um novo benefício por tempo limitado. Quando se percebe, a diversão passa a disputar espaço com uma sequência interminável de ofertas. Os valores também chamam atenção. É comum encontrar pacotes de R$ 99,90, R$ 299,90 e até R$ 599,90, além de diferentes sistemas de monetização funcionando ao mesmo tempo: VIP, passes, diamantes, energia, personagens exclusivos, pacotes limitados e diversos outros recursos pagos. Outro aspecto pouco comentado é o ambiente competitivo criado pelo próprio jogo. Quanto maior a diferença entre quem investe dinheiro e quem não investe, maior tende a ser a desigualdade na evolução. Em determinados grupos e chats, isso acaba abrindo espaço para exclusões, julgamentos e comportamentos que não combinam com aquilo que deveria ser apenas entretenimento. E, quando situações assim surgem, a resposta esperada do suporte nem sempre parece acompanhar a gravidade do problema. Também vale um alerta sobre a publicidade. As imagens utilizadas para divulgar o aplicativo criam uma expectativa que, na prática, não representa aquilo que passa a dominar a experiência depois que o jogador evolui. O foco deixa de ser a proposta apresentada na loja e passa a ser acompanhar eventos, rankings e sistemas que incentivam compras sucessivas. O jogo não vende apenas roupas, personagens ou recursos. Ele vende a sensação de que falta apenas mais um pacote para finalmente conseguir acompanhar os demais. E essa sensação se repete indefinidamente. Antes de baixar, leia atentamente as avaliações de 1 estrela. Elas mostram um lado do jogo que dificilmente aparece na descrição da App Store. Ainda existem muitos jogos que conseguem divertir sem transformar a experiência em uma sequência constante de estímulos para gastar dinheiro.
