I had 3-4 products I spent a lot of time making tiktoks for, they showed as approved and completed for MONTHS, (never took them down or privated) and are no showing as incomplete preventing me from using the app. I have contacted support and have done everything they told me such as reconnecting my account, and it has not been fixed. I have almost 10K genuine followers, reels that reach up to 200K views, and posts with 3K+ likes and 700+ comments. I create relatable, everyday-life content with real engagement. I understand not every creator will qualify for every campaign, but receiving absolutely nothing after two months is frustrating.
