Nous nous sommes faits remorquer après avoir validé sur l’application que notre emplacement ne serait pas déneigé le soir même. Ainsi, nous avons écopé d’une contravention de presque 200$ qui ne peut être contester comme les conditions de l’applications spécifie que l’on doit valider avec les panneaux physiques. Including Info-Neige, two recent 5 star reviews, sounds like from the developers. Sorry, not reasonable to have to pay for free info) seem to unanimously agree is an unreliable buggy mess (one person was told "gotta check the signs", missing that this advice negates any use for the app). I don't use my car every day. I'm handicapped, amputated, and parking is behind my building so I can't even look out my window, so excursions are not a small deal, I drive with a prosthetic. The only parking for my building is street parking (where it's bad enough to have to search for a spot every time). This means it's EXTREMELY easy to get a ticket and get towed (and when they tow it's very obvious they take the car as inconveniently far as possible, as an extra terribleness, where it's impossible to navigate my wheelchair that far). By using the official information from the city this was great, they're often sloppy about removing the No Parking signs around here and I could use the app to report the forgotten signs, with the app as evidence. But I noticed I haven't received notifications in a while (while I coincidentally didn't have a car to worry about it) so now that I'm parking again I check for and install an update. Which tells me the city stopped funding the servers and such, now this free app requires a subscription. With ONE subscription plan: 6 months, in February. I need this for 1 month max! (Since they never had the courtesy of adding in support for street cleaning hour reminders, the summer equivalent, AND easier since they're preset and weekly, to make this app useful year-round, so this'll be useless in under a month). I might not mind supporting this app since the city funding unacceptably died - though this information and access should rightfully be free and freely available - but needs to offer shorter subscriptions for cheaper, or a subscription for the winter/November to February or March which gets cheaper the closer to the end it is. Maybe throw in March free as it's always unknown what snow/snow-removal is like in March, or match the snow cleaning contracts. Shouldn't there be a website showing snow cleaning hours??? Ensuite, l’application n’est jamais exacte, un moment donné, sur l’application, un côté de la rue n’était pas censé être déneigé, mais en regardant dehors, ils avaient mis des pancartes des 2 côtés de la rue faque j’ai dû déplacé mon véhicule, juste pour qu’au final ils enlèvent les pancartes et il n’y a pas de deneigement. Trop cheap pour payer 5$ pour 6 mois. It is not always accurate at the right minute after the removal of the snow in the street, bit it is close enough to reality to give you a huge help. I was hesitating about this app because of the bad comments I have read on it, but those are false. If you live in Montreal and you park your car in the street, you need that app. Cette application est incroyable. L’information n’est pas toujours véritable à la minute prêt, mais c’est très proche de l’être. J'hésitais à utiliser l’app à cause des mauvais commentaires, heureusement que j’ai essayé. Elle m’a aidé tout l’hiver sans problèmes. Les notifications sont aussi très bien faites.
