I absolutely hate that the time for some busses is always extremely wrong. For example, bus 205 NEVER comes on the time it shows. It says it’ll come in 7 minuted and then it remains 7 minutes for like 20. I hate when this happens just show me the real time it will come it’s not that hard I promise you.

I had to wait 20 minutes in rain due to the inaccuracy of this app. It said that the bus will come in 7 minutes but it arrived in almost 30. I think this happens mostly for STV busses like 416, 450, 449, 488 that are around Pipera.

I live in a private and remote part of Bucharest and I do not have a car so I rely heavily on the bus, most times it’s okay but sometimes it bugs and it’s showing 10 minutes then when it needs to come it doesn’t and it does that multiple times trough out of the day.

The app’s pretty ok (when it works), however it breaks, very very often. Also it is mostly for bus/trams/trolleys in Bucharest, they rarely recommend a route where besides bus/trams/trolley you gotta take the metro (which can be way faster than above ground).

Also you get logged out a lot

Pot să văd locația autobuzelor ceea ce e cel mai important pentru mine.
Singura problemă este ca actualizarea locației autobuzelor are un delay, nu e ff grav dar e un pic deranjat. Iar pe view ul cu harta traseul autobuzului este constant redesenat ceea ce duce la un bug vizual. Linia autobuzului flickaruieste.

În rest aplicația este funcțională și utilă pt ce am nevoie

Folosesc de 5 ani aplicatia si ajuta enorm. Cel important feature este cel
de tracking gps al vehiculelor. Problema este ca am intalnit sa nu aiba toate GPS deci nu apareau pe harta

so I use the app and they have a car that I can use to travel, the app tells me it will arrive in 9 minutes but it actually arrived in half an hour and I am not the only one who has this problem and it is not even on the car route, this error happens to several cars. Please fix the app

So i live in Pipera, a place with few buses and ways of public transportation and rely mainly on a particular bus to get to my school and basically anywhere. it worked perfectly since ininstalled it a few months ago, but in the last few weeks, it completely bugged. it shows me 30 min, i wait, then it stops at 13, stays there for more than 13 min without the bus coming, and then switches again to 30 something minutes, so i waste close to an hour and miss a few hours of school. i cannot go anywhere without knowing when the bus comes and being TRICKED by the app. this happend when returning home from school aswell

Would be great to have a few improvements like:
- open by default the numeric keyboard when searching for lines
- after you choose a line and press the location button, it will zoom in to that station, but if you minimize the app and come back, it will be zoomed out. It would be good to remain zoomed in and maybe having a different symbol (instead of circle) for both my location and stations
- have the vehicles shown on the map in realtime just like Google maps (not sure how easy this would be to implement)

since the new updated it has more bugs than ever. it takes a lot of time for the app to load up and when it finally does it just straight up gives me an error message and thats it.

I am such a dummy for believing that an app made by authorities actually works. For 10 months it worked perfectly. Now whenever I try to look onto my bus, it’s like there are no buses anymore. Not just on my bus, but all buses dissapeared, it’s like someon from aur actually implemented a programme called “no more public transportation”

O problemă foarte des întâlnită.. 216 și aplicația au probleme foarte mari. Nu mi se pare normal să mi arate ca autobuzul vine în 10 minute de 20 min și eu să l văd pe hartă ca a trecut deja de stația mea în timp ce încă arată 10 min. Iar în timpul weekendului, aștept câte 20 de minute după acest autobuz. Si nu doar cu acesta. De multe ori nu arată autobuzul pe hartă, arătând un număr de minute și autobuzul deja trece de stație în acest timp.

The real-time visualization of buses on their routes is not real/correct. In at least 30% of cases, the buses do not exist, or are incorrectly placed on the routes. You can't rely on the application in the situation where public transport does not respect any schedule.
A useless application like all those made with state funds...

i was in a bus it doesn’t even deserve the number to be said and i sat in the back alone when the bus driver scared me out and told me to not stay with my legs on the seats even tho i wasn’t sitting with my legs on the seats but he screamed im the whole bus and when i arrived home i cried.

The application has been developed so much in the past 6 months. It is wonderful how much effort has been put into this application. It shows the intention of the country’s continuous drive towards development and helping the people of this country. 
With the continuous live location of a bus and the accurate time schedules that are now built-in, it makes planning a trip much more easier. Not only that, there are a lot of features that are minute, yet have a great impact on the user experience and go a great length at trying to create convenience for a person.

I like how many options it offers me to travel from a place to another. It recognizes places like malls, Carturesti library, etc. without needing to input the address. The map is great and helps keeping track of the stops. Well done!

Very useful app, it gives you accurate information in real time about the busses' location and also about the time to the next arrival in every station.
I've been using it for almost a week now and there were no crashes or other problems.
What it lacks is the official timetables of the lines. I think this could also be a useful information for some users.
