This app has pretty much become non functional. Good luck signing in at all, let alone getting it to remember your credentials. If you do by some miracle get past signing in, expect 2-3 mfa texts and probably being forced to change your password or sign in again. It all went to crap when Allstate bought them up.

Recently, the Face ID login stopped working and it couldn’t add a gmail account.  The monitoring seems good, but the app doesn’t make it easy to use.

Allstate took over almost a year ago. Looks like they’ve replaced this app with an updated one “Allstate Identity Protection”

They really should have told us though.

Not sure if the issue started after an upgrade, but when I try to access to the app, it shows the login window, it shows it’s using face recognition to log in and then it shows a blank screen. I tried to close the app manually and restart the phone. Still not working.

It was ok. The globe gimmick is cute, but useless.   Today it quit laying all together. Reset my phone. Killed all apps. Rest again. Still, just a white and blank screen. 

The service seems good, I received a phone call when I accidentally clicked that I did not recognize an inquiry. That was nice. 

Yet now, I do not have the option to even look at the alert.

I wish I could add more accounts to the digital footprint. I’d like to see new features added, whether it be more stronger protection, or privacy management. AIP needs new features, the protection is basic, and not on par to other services which offer the same pricing.

So I was just called by my bank and was told there was suspicious activity on my card and they told me that I should verify so they can shut the card down. Turns out my card info was stolen.

I had infoarmor/privacy armor watch over my accounts but when I was wondering why they didn’t see anything I logged in to see that monitoring for all my bank accounts was turned off. I can’t even update my credit card on file for future payments and there is no option to cancel my services unless I go out of my way and call.

This app is built very badly. Contacting them through it logs you out. Why is there no internal email system for them? Where is the option to cancel my services? Fix this for your other customers please.

It’s just the website in an app. But not as good as the browser version. The layout does not translate well to an app. It needs a lot of work. Needs to be remade natively to provide a true mobile experience.
