App will not open. Removed and reinstalled multiple times.

**Developer response:** Hi JazzeeJazz, we have reported the issue to the developer of the app and an update will be pushed in the next day or two that will fix the issue that you are having.

Tried reinstalling a few times and nothing. It was a great idea by the city but won’t work. Tax dollars hard at work!
