Чесно кажучи, давно не зустрічала таких зручних додатків і сервісів. Легко знайти будь-яку інформацію. Дуже зручно, що в додатку відображаються придбані квитки. Ну а приємним і неочікуваним сюрпризом виявилося нарахування бонусів, які можна в подальшому використовувати при придбанні квитків. Дуже дякую за сервіс. Буду всім вас радити і «підсажу» на вас всіх рідних і друзів)

Якість обслуговування приємно здивувала: все швидко, без зайвих кроків, і зручне сповіщення про покупку квитка. Сподобалося, що квиток одразу приходить на пошту. Було б добре, якби з’явилася функція збереження улюблених маршрутів — це зекономило б час у майбутньому. Загалом сервіс залишив позитивне враження

Had an awful experience while booking a ride where the rider didn’t show up at the place and didn’t even try contacting me. After all of that, i hear from support that he’s been to the stop i was asking about and that he tried calling me multiple times, but when i asked for a proof that the driver has called me - i didn’t receive any. I strongly recommend not using this service ever.

Infobus canceled my bus without any notification! No email, no call, nothing! I found out only at the station and had to spend extra time and money to find another way to travel. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. I will never use Infobus again!

I have bought a ticket bus on this app and it wasn’t working for me to see the Qr code and it got cancelled but I haven’t got the money I tried and bought another one and same thing happened.
While talking with the customer service another ticket have been bought without me knowing but I got the refund for just two tickets.
And now I went to check the app again and saw that another ticket has been bought so I went to my online banking account and saw that the money has been taken without my consent. 
And today (11/09/2024) I’m trying to get my money back and they saying I got it back while me having the proof that I haven’t got the refund for the amount in question.
I want my refund of the amount £17.33.

Trying to buy a ticket on here is pointless. It shows literally every bus in existence as being “full.”

This of course is a lie, so don’t download this app and instead go to their website, where you can view the plethora of empty seats on the same buses that the app showed as full.

Покупаю билет (№6561960) с вылетом в 8 утра 31.07.23 из Риги в Минск, у перевозчика Минсктранс. Через несколько дней получаю письмо от Infobus, где меня предупреждают, что вместо Минсктранса услугу выполнял бы Latlines, и добавляют, что место посадки в автобус остается неизменным. Однако в билете указаны два разных места. Я еду на центральный автовокзал Риги вовремя, но автобуса нет. Я звоню по телефону, указанному в билете, но мне никто не отвечает. Я связываюсь с кассами, которые мне не могут помочь, и предлагают обратиться в офис Latlines, который, однако, открывается только в 10. В конце концов я вынужден сделать новый билет до Вильнюса, а из Вильнюса сесть на другой автобус до Минска. Несуществующая поддержка клиентов. Если вы честны, вы должны вернуть мне стоимость билета.
