The one thing I would like which would make it 5 stars for me is to be able to use it in landscape mode on my IPad. I use landscape mode for everything and would use this app more if it were that way. ### 3/5 — Still no landscape views. *2022-04-13* Anyone who uses an iPad as their primary device or as a laptop replacement needs landscape view. I was promised this a couple of years ago and still not here. PleAse please please. Otherwise would be a 5 star. ### 4/5 — Hard to switch apps *2021-11-18, version 3.3.0* I’ve been using this app for a month now, and it does everything, except import data from the project app I was using before. After four weeks, I’m still manually entering all of the data on my current projects. Very frustrating and time consuming. ### 4/5 — ‘Satisfactory’ Calendar. A few ‘glitches’ *2021-02-22, version 3.3.0* Great. Calendar and Work organizer. It has great features - one of which is integration with online learning platforms. The only problems I have experienced so far are : duplicated entries of webinars and links that do not populate from ‘Zoom’ invites. The set up is well- supported and personalization features are nice. It’s simple enough to NOt get bogged down in SO many of the UNnecessary ‘idiosyncrasies’ of “productivity” apps that rob users of just that - productivity. I am still just slightly confused by the navigation through the varied types of lists. Maybe I haven’t taken enough time to understand it or I’m overthinking the purposes of each ‘list’. I like that it works offline - but wish could access it from web or use it somehow with MS windows 10 OS. ### 3/5 — Almost perfect *2020-05-17* I’m really impressed with the layout of this app and how items can be starred and organised according to importance so they can then be broken down and integrate into other organised lists. Why only 3 stars then? I REALLY REALLY would like to be able to move sub-folders to other folders without the hassle of recreating a whole bunch of them as setting up a very full and intricate program can be very fiddly. AND! The inability to rotate the screen is super painful. I’m also getting really frustrated that every time I add a new folder and select the name input location that it just takes me back out. There is a very small area in the middle of the box somewhere that will bring up the keyboard and I never get it first go. Considering the app is specifically made for iPad/iPhone, I would not expect the last 2 issues and they have been there from the beginning and haven’t been fixed/changed. 2 more things that would be super helpful, are sub-sub-folders, and being able to integrate the calendar to say a google or outlook calendar. There haven’t been any changes in a long time that I can see and it’s a real pity if you’re no longer upgrading the app as it’s brilliant and of the many, many I’ve tried is “the” best! ### 4/5 — Great App *2020-05-11, version 3.3.0* The app is very easy to use. One thing I would like to see added is in the list layout. Rarely can you actually tell what the app actually provides you with until you try it. This app didn’t cost me anything and has been very helpful since I downloaded it several days ago. I am very pleased with being able to take notes about topics and have it organized into files/categories where I need them!! I don’t usually rate apps so this should tell a lot about the app ### 4/5 — Almost perfect, best I’ve found in years *2020-02-05* This app is fantastic and I’ve recommended it to many people. I’ve only been using it a short time but I’ve already deleted two other apps because this is an all in one kind of deal. I am so grateful it is free, although I would be willing to pay to support the developer. A month long free trial would be enough to persuade anyone of its usefulness. I love the use of colours, sub-files and finding my organizational needs in one place. Just a few design flaws I would improve, but this is by far the best I’ve found for, household, school, and business needs. ### 5/5 — Application Functionality *2019-12-29* I am extremely surprised at how easy the app is to use. Most beneficial is how all the features are integrated together to relocate an actual filing cabinet except the app is much more simplified. Additionally, you can send yourself a project list, share and upload to Dropbox or cloud. Style and labelling is fun to use. The only thing I would change is the signature or label above folder and when you create a note you cannot re-file it within a sub folder. Otherwise, fantastic work and keep adding and re-adjusting bugs. ### 3/5 — Still Not Quite as Detailed As I Want *2019-12-17* Would love to see the ability to put notes onto the To Do checklist entries. So far can only put under the Project headers. While Calendar has repeating events, would like the ability to have repeating To Do checklists. Also it would be neat to have a date when the checklist items are 100% completed. Maybe there is one that I haven’t found yet. ### 5/5 — Drastically simplifies workflow *2019-11-25, version 3.3.0* I have been looking for an app like this for a while! It is so intuitive. As you play around with the app and slowly discover its powerful functionality you will be on your way to a much more productive lifestyle. In particular, I find the all-in-one model incredibly helpful. The fact that I can create organized projects with multiple sub-folders, add tasks to my calendar, and filter to-do lists by due dates or just for the current day all within the same app drastically simplifies my workflow. I cant believe it’s free. I do wish to dos disappeared automatically within project folders instead of having to manually delete them. In addition, the fact that you can sketch and hand write notes is such a thoughtful feature and adds to the app’s overall robust character. There are glitches in the app. There are dates I found (several) where trying to enter information is impossible. Repeated attempts produce the same thing. NOTHING! But worse than not being able to enter info into the calendar is the indifference I feel by the apps support team whom refuse to even acknowledge my letters requesting help. I hope one of them is reading this in the hopes someone will respond. If anyone else has found the same problem I’d love to hear from you here as well. I will be switching to a new app shortly mostly do to my disgust here. TY **Developer response:** I emailed you back five times, and each time I did not hear from you. Really? *2017-06-25, version 3.3.0* I downloaded this app when it became free for one day. I'm glad I didn't have to pay the $49! It only does backup/restore to the iCloud NOT sync. After the download and this discovery I deleted it.
