It is the worst HOA that my community has ever chosen. They have an app that they never respond to. I have made a request to repair something in my garden and they don't even take the time to review the app and for months my request has not been heard.

The app appears to only be focused with getting your HOA payment and made that easy…using any of the other feature is near torture.

Why is it so difficult to contact anyone? Only HOA I'm a part of that I can't communicate with anyone.
Also I am trying to pay $13 but it won't let me as a minimum payment of $15 is required.
What about notification of meetings?
